One big card above the inbox, always open. Choose your amount: anything from $10 more than the holder paid. You keep it until someone pays at least your amount plus $10. If someone outbids you, your Spotlight amount is added to your mail's total, so it ranks higher on the board.

Your amount (USD)
Minimum $949. Choose any amount above it: the next person will have to pay at least $959 to take it from you.
Taxes, if any, are added at checkout based on your country. If someone else's payment is confirmed first, yours still takes it over when it's at least their amount plus $10; if not, it's refunded in full automatically. Otherwise payments aren't refundable.
Conditions
Always open, with no end date. It starts at $99.
Choose your own amount: at least what the current holder paid plus $10 (the minimum shown above), in whole dollars. Paying more raises the minimum for the next person.
The holder keeps it until someone pays more. The price never drops.
It's for a mail that's already on the board. While you hold the Spotlight, its amount doesn't count toward rank.
If two people pay at the same time, the payment confirmed first wins. The other still takes it over if its amount is at least the first one plus $10; otherwise it's refunded in full automatically.
If someone outbids you, your Spotlight amount is added to your mail's total, so it ranks higher on the board (the All-time board; the Today board is unchanged). It isn't refunded, and there's no minimum time you're guaranteed to hold it.
