Privacy policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
Kompose (kompose.email) is run by Saivinith Madishetty, India. It's built to need as little data as possible. There are no accounts, so we never ask visitors or promoters for a name, email address or phone number.
What we collect
- An anonymous visitor ID in a cookie: a random number used to show which mails you've opened, count opens once per visitor, show how many people are online, and stop duplicate reports.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse (for example, endless unpaid checkouts). We don't store the IP address itself.
- Opens and visits: when a mail is opened or its link is clicked, tied only to the anonymous ID. Promoters see the totals, never who you are.
- What promoters submit: the mail text, image and link, and the amounts paid, which are public by design.
- Payments are handled by our payment partner and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, under their own privacy policy. We receive a payment reference and the amount, never your card or UPI details.
Links to promoters
When you open a promoter's link, it carries a label showing the visit came from Kompose (for example utm_source=kompose). It doesn't contain anything about you. What happens on their website is covered by their own privacy policy.
What we don't do
- No location tracking
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies
- No selling or sharing of data with advertisers
- No personalised feeds or profiles
How long we keep it
Online-presence records are deleted after a day. Opens, visits, reports and payment records are kept while the related mail is on the board and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards.
Your choices
You can delete the cookie at any time in your browser; you'll get a new anonymous ID. For questions or requests, email support@kompose.email. See also the terms.
